Inside the house, there are two 65", 4K TV's, one on each floor with multi channel cable and Wi Fi, a competition quality Ping Pong table, PS4 Pro for gaming and entertainment, and variety of old fashioned board games. There are two bedrooms on upper floor each with a queen size bed and a family room and kitchen and a full bathroom. On the lower floor, there is a bedroom with queen size bed, a family room with a sectional and sleeping couch, a full bathroom, and a den with sleeping coach. Both floors have sliding doors to outside with views of the pond. Two bedrooms have water views and one bedroom has cranberry farm views.
You can walk, bike, or drive a few minutes to all the attraction Chatham has to offer.The house is only 1.5 mile to town center (mostly side walks) for shopping, restaurants, galleries, etc. It is a short walk away from the Cape Cod Biking Trail.
