The kitchen and utility room are both downstairs and fully equipped with all you could need to rustle up a meal. Upstairs is the modern walk-in shower room with quality fixtures and fittings. The master bedroom contains a kingsize bed and built in storage. The second bedroom in the cottage contains a double bed with single bunk bed over.
Into the pleasant courtyard garden and you will see the barn, this property has a small kitchenette area and downstairs shower room and up stairs to the first floor, contains an open plan living/bedroom space with kingsize bed, single pull out bed and an additional alcove containing a further single bed. The town is quaint and picturesque and hosts an arts festival in July and a carnival in November featuring two flaming tar barrel runs. Hatherleigh is a great base for walking and cycling being directly on both the Tarka trail and the Devon coast to coast cycle route.
