Positive: From the minute we checked in the receptionist told us everything we needed to know and was very friendly. She gave us advice on trams etc . All staff in every department was polite and helpful . We would definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family

Negative: The pool is lovely and can get busy . On our stay a family brought big inflatables into the pool . I know this isn’t the hotels fault but maybe restrictions on inflatables so other guests can enjoy
