We have a 2 Bedroom Self Catering Cottage, Cottage Style B&B Rooms, Glamping & Camping, all just a 2-minute walk from the vast open sands of Heacham South Beach and surrounded by dog-friendly walking routes and nature reserves. We were once a working dairy farm, during our renovation from farm to holiday resort we maintained our country farm feel not only in the interior decoration of our accommodation but in our laid-back atmosphere. We have strived to create an environment for relaxation and getting back to nature, our location is dropped down from the road, giving us some protection from the sea breeze, keeping us from being overlooked and giving us a sense of being far from the hustle and bustle of local life. Our best features are our close proximity to the Beach & Norfolk Coast Path, Great local walking Routes, Local dog-friendly shops, pubs & restaurants, Rural LocationThe Old Barn is a lovingly restored 2 bedroom self-catering cottage, with a double master bedroom and a twin bed second bedroom, this cottage is suitable for a family of four, plus lots of space for a dog or two.Downstairs there is an open-plan living and kitchen area, with all mod cons an and island for getting the family together to prepare meals, there is space for everyone to spend time together while kicking back and relaxing.Outside there is seating for you to enjoy the views, peace and quiet, there is also a fire pit and BBQ for those that want to catch a sunset and watch the vast array of wildlife that visits us here on the Norfolk Coast.Please also note that The Churnery B&B room is adjoining to The Old Barn and can therefore be useful as an annexe should you bring friends, family or the in-laws along with you.The Norfolk Coast is a very dog-friendly place to visit, with many establishments allowing dogs and providing water for them. Many of our beaches allow dogs all year round, with a few having restrictions from Easter to Halloween. Heacham South Beach has miles and miles of open sand for your dog to run free, with shallow waters for paddling, we also have a handy dog wash for you to shower down after all your fun at the beach. Our nearby beaches are; Heacham - South and North Beach, with no restrictions. Snettisham, no restrictions. Hunstanton, summer restrictions - Old Hunstanton Beach no restrictions. Holme-next-the-sea, no restrictions. Thornham, no restrictions. There are so many walks, places to visit and historical landmarks, with water sports, cultural events and great independent shops and eateries, there really IS something for everyone.
